Day 7- Jack and Tummy Time
Jack got a blanket today from his Aunt Tina. He had to try it out with a little tummy time! Thanks Tina and Denise!!
I need to get Jack some good medium flow nipples. The Gerber ones are terrible and Walmart is out of the Parent's Choice. And My son loves to gulp if he has a fast one and gets spitty. Hopefully we will get this sorted out by Monday.
Abby is doing really good on eating still. She even took 5 ox because Daddy made her too much. It was a little too much and the little dear spit a good half to an ounce back up. She is now snuggled in Daddy's arms and comfie :-)

Abby Speaks
Day 6- Abby Speaks
Abby has been staring at her mobile and other items going "I" All day, "I" so cute! Also, Abby is eating so much better. She is taking 4 oz just about every bottle.
I have also made a good start on the scrap book. If anyone has any materials they don't want or see any they think is cute, think of me, please!
Hope you all have a marvelous weekend :-)

Baby Playtime
Day 5- Twins at Play
I was getting ready to meet with my CT for my intern ship and had the twins in their bouncy and swing. They looked so cute and was having so much fun I couldn't resist taking a picture.
I also had to take the twins to the doctor. Abby was not eating well and Jack was coughing. Turns out the doctor believes that Abby has reflux. She does think that her congestion has a small thing to do with it and I am to keep her suctioned out, and when she goes off oxygen she will be better in that regards. She also put her on some medicine and we are going to see if this helps. I hope so because she had only gained an ounce since the 27th. Jack had to go on a medium flow nipple. We had him on slow flow but since he had only gained an ounce in a week as well, but we think that maybe he is working to hard for his food even though he is not spitting up and taking his time. In addition she thinks he has a small cold too. Here is hoping that the changes work and when we take them back in a week they will have healthy weight gains!

Abby and the Bee
Day 4- Abby and the Bee
Abby loves being in her swing and today she was mesmerized by her little bee friend.
I am concerned that she is sounding so nasally again and doesn't seem to be eating as well as she should. I know the doctor said she would because she is on oxygen. Her levels are good, but the eating is a problem. Hopefully she will do better tomorrow.

Jack and the Caption Contest
Day 3- Jack and the caption contest
This is what happened when you try to get your son to smile at you. I don't know why, but I laughed hysterically when I saw this picture. The timing was perfect. So, dear friends, I ask you to help me caption this photo! Comment here or on facebook and give it your best shot!

Abby Eats Peas
Day 2- Abby eats peas
This was Abby's first time eating peas. She got it out of her mouth pretty fast, and I love how the green brings out the blue of her eyes lol. FYI Peas smell nasty and look disgusting. I don't see how babies eat it.
Her Daddy says this should be titled "The Exorcist: The Next Generation."

Happy New Year
I have decided to steal a friend's idea and post a picture a day. I think it will be a neat way to document their 2012 year and will be fun to look back on. I am also working on a scrapbook and doing 2011 in one and then will start a new one for 2012. I hope they have as much fun looking at them when they get older as I will have doing!
Day 1: Jack and Abby showing some sibling love!
The twins spent New Years Day snuggled together and playing. They love to look at each other and smile, and I think it is so sweet that they recognize each other and are starting to interact with each other!
