Jack is still being a lazy, lazy eater. Nothing to worry about because he is only 36.4 Gestation Age; I only hope he picks it up and can get out when Abby does. Maybe that is his plan all along (haha). He is over 18 inches long and weights 5lbs 1oz!
Abby will be at her max feeding of 24ml at 5am Sunday morning and is now on 22 calories. They mix a 20 and a 24 calorie formula together for her. She did good, but did spit a little with her first attempt at 2pm but it was a shock in having 2 things changed on her (the amount and the formula). It wasn't much and if she doesn't have anymore they will remove her picc line tomorrow!! They turned off her lipids at 4pm and turned her iv fluids off at 8pm. If she gets more spitty and has to have the picc line stay in, they will keep the drip to barely on to keep the line open, however her 5pm and when we left her 8pm feedings had gone perfect. *crosses fingers and prays it gets taken out at 8am* Abby grew about 1/2 inch (perfect) but is hanging at 1280...not pleased about that but the nurse said that with the lipids being turned down the last couple of days and maybe plateauing on the 20 calorie is why. Here is hoping we are at least 1300 grams tomorrow!!
