So. Got the last bill from the failed adoption lawyer...The laws are so unfair to adoptive couples. You have to pay money out for everything and if the mom changes her mind get even more bills. How is that right? I know she wasn't scamming, however our first failed one was a scam. There should be a law that the biological parents have to pay some of the fees/living expenses back if they change their mind. They decided to adopt, then change their mind. Why are they not responsible but childless couples who are trying to give a child a good home forced to suffer...financially and emotionally?

Sorry. Just needed to rant for a moment. Laws should be more adoption friendly...
